Our Window Warranty – What's Covered
All Zyle Fenster products are designed with a 60-year service life in mind. We back this with a 10-year guarantee against manufacturing and material defects, giving clients and specifiers confidence in the long-term integrity of every unit we produce.
Ironmongery carries a two-year guarantee against functional failure. Triple-glazed sealed units are guaranteed for 10 years from the date of delivery, and opaque painted finishes are guaranteed for 10 years, while stain finishes are guaranteed against blistering or flaking for six years.
Security Standards You Can Rely On
A selection of our products are tested and certified to PAS24 – the Secure by Design standard – providing an additional level of assurance for projects where security performance is a specification requirement.
Our manufacturing process is aligned with rigorous European quality standards for both performance and security, and our products are tested regularly at accredited European testing facilities to verify compliance across every key performance metric.
Routine Care and Maintenance Guidance
Aluclad windows require very little maintenance compared to traditional timber alternatives. The aluminium exterior cladding is highly weather-resistant and can be kept in excellent condition with periodic cleaning using a mild detergent and soft cloth – avoiding abrasive materials that could mark the surface.
Timber components, where present, should be inspected periodically and any areas of exposed wood treated appropriately. Hardware and moving parts benefit from occasional lubrication to maintain smooth operation. Our team is available to advise on care schedules specific to your product specification.
Aftercare Support Throughout the Life of Your Project
Our responsibility to clients extends well beyond the point of installation. We remain accessible for technical queries, maintenance advice, and warranty support throughout the life of your project – and our network of approved UK partners is on hand for any issues that require a site visit.
