Engineered for the Highest Standards of Thermal Efficiency

The Reynaers Master Line 8 is one of the most capable aluminium systems available for energy-efficient building. Its consistent frame geometry across all insulation levels means architects can specify with confidence – the sleek look remains constant, while internal thermal break materials and seals are varied to achieve the required performance threshold, whether high insulation, low energy, or full Passivhaus certification.

A Consistent Frame, Three Levels of Insulation

The Reynaers Master Line 8 is available in three configurations to suit high-insulation, low-energy, or Passivhaus buildings, with the Passivhaus option certified by the Passivhaus Institute. The frame geometry is consistent across all variants – only the internal thermal break materials and seals change to achieve the required insulation levels.

This approach gives architects and specifiers the freedom to select the appropriate performance level for a project without altering the external appearance of the building. It is a considered system, where technical information is embedded in the architecture rather than imposed upon it.

Security, Weather Resistance, and Acoustic Performance

Reynaers aluminium windows in the ML8 range meet the stringent requirements of Secured by Design accreditation, providing the highest level of security alongside outstanding weather resistance. Air permeability is tested to Class 4 (up to 600 Pa), wind load resistance to Class 5 (up to 2,000 Pa), and water tightness to Class 9A.

Acoustic performance reaches up to Rw 44 dB depending on glazing specification – making the ML8 a strong option for homeowners and commercial projects in noise-sensitive locations. With a full range of polyester powder coat and anodised finishes, including dual colour configurations, the system delivers both technical capability and considered aesthetic finish.

Advanced Engineering with Elegant Simplicity

Master Line 8 windows combine cutting-edge thermal technology with a minimalist aesthetic. Their slim frames maximise natural light, while a range of opening configurations allows them to adapt to different spaces and requirements. With strong security features and a wide choice of finishes, they deliver both style and substance.
